Usage advice:

Adults: Take 2 tablets per day, preferably with a meal.
Contains: Fish (cod, saithe, haddock, hake, acorn, redfish, sole, summer fish).
Free from: Gluten, yeast, wheat, milk or derivatives, lactose, soy, egg, grapefruit, shellfish, sweetener, sugar, coloring and artificial flavors. Warning: Do not take more than 2 tablets per day.
