Usage advice:

Adults: Take 1 capsule per day, with a glass of water with a main meal.
Free from: gluten, yeast, wheat, milk or derivatives, lactose, soy, egg, grapefruit, fish, sweetener, sugar, starch, preservatives, artificial coloring and flavorings, sodium.
Store in a dry and cool environment. Keep out of the reach of children. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. This product does not replace a varied diet.
