Blueberry

It is a fruit rich in anthocyanins, which have vasoprotective, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Blueberries are useful in the symptomatic relief of problems related to venous insufficiency, such as tired and sore legs.

Ratânia

It contains proanthocyanidins in its constitution and is therefore widely used for its venotonic and vasoprotective properties . Ratania contributes to the resolution of various venous problems, especially in the lower limbs, reducing the feeling of heavy and tired legs.

Witch hazel

Its leaves contain proanthocyanidins with an important venotropic action. Indicated for symptoms associated with venous insufficiency ( varicose veins, phlebitis, edema of the lower limbs ) and hemorrhoidal symptoms.

Horse chestnut

It has anti-edematous properties and ensures the maintenance of the capillary endothelium and adjacent tissues. Furthermore, it has an important effect on venous tone. This is indicated in situations of chronic venous insufficiency, hemorrhoids and varicose veins, as well as in the feeling of heavy and edematous legs.
