Probiotic 5 contains 5 strains of bacteria belonging to lactic acid producing groups (LAB - essentially Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus and Enterococcus) that are usually found in dairy products such as yogurt and cheese.

Main indications: Lactose intolerance, diarrhea (of viral origin, traveler's and associated with antibiotic therapy), peptic ulcer and H. pylori infection, stimulation of the immune system, irritable bowel syndrome, pseudomembranous colitis, systemic inflammatory response syndrome, restorative of the intestinal microbiota (after antibiotic therapy, radiotherapy, chemotherapy), as an immunomodulator (especially in chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, Willis-Ekbom syndrome, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), schizophrenia, mood changes (depression and anxiety disorders), degenerative and neurodegenerative disorders, autoimmune disease and in the prevention and treatment of atopic eczema.

Other indications: In constipation, as an adjunct to antiallergic and antifungal therapies, prevention of colon cancer, asthma, autism, celiac disease, colitis, diabetes, eczema, heart disease, decreased metabolism of nutritional assimilation, multiple sclerosis, obesity, decreased intestinal permeability.

How to take: 2 Capsules per day with water, 15 minutes before eating. Take <=> 2 capsules daily
