Lucidus® Neuro+ is a food supplement that contains several active ingredients, including traditionally used plants, such as Rho diola rosea and Bacopa monnieri . It also contains phospholipids, amino acids, minerals and a high content of B vitamins. The formula has been specially reinforced with Rhodiola rosea and Griffonia, which contains 5-HTP, to promote psychological and emotional well-being.
Rhodiola
Rhodiola rosea is an adaptogen agent with the ability to normalize the body's functions and protect it against a series of environmental factors and emotional conditions. It is used for its stimulating action on the nervous system, relieving depression, improving physical performance, improving sleep and reducing fatigue.
Griffonia simplicifolia
Griffonia simplicifolia is a plant found in the western parts of Africa. The seeds contain 5-hydroxytryptophan (5- HTP). 5-HTP is a substance synthesized in our body from tryptophan. It is later transformed into serotonin, an important neurotransmitter responsible for regulating mood, sleep, anxiety and appetite and which contributes to emotional well-being.
Bacopa
A plant used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries, Bacopa monnieri is also known as “Brahmi” or “intelligent plant”. Several studies have proven its positive effect in reinforcing the transmission of nerve impulses, improving concentration, memory and learning capacity. Furthermore, bacopa has a slight tranquilizing action.
