Juventus® GABA is a food supplement with a formula that contains 500 mg of GABA and vitamin B6. GABA
Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is an amino acid naturally produced in the brain by the decarboxylation of glutamate , and acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. The fluctuation in GABA concentration levels in the brain can be directly reflected in the functioning of the human body. It acts on the GABA A and GABA B receptors, meaning it exerts an anxiolytic and sedative action.
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 is necessary for the biosynthesis of several neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).
Low levels of vitamin B6 are associated with symptoms of depression and are considered an anti-stress agent.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function.
A daily dose of Juventus® GABA provides the necessary amount of the recommended daily dose to produce the beneficial effects claimed for Vitamin B6.
