Eggplant

Eggplant is a plant from the Solanaceae family and milk thistle and artichokes are from the asteraceae family. These are traditionally used for good liver function, relieving digestive system disorders and controlling cholesterol levels.

In addition, they have a choleretic and cholagogue action, which favors the digestion of fats.

Artichoke
