Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is one of the elements necessary for maintaining human function and health. Hawa alkaline vitamin C is a complete and bioavailable non-acidic vitamin C supplement to mitigate gastric irritation caused by the acidity of ascorbic acid. Contains two sources of vitamin C: calcium ascorbate and L-ascorbyl palmitate. Calcium ascorbate is a non-acidic form of vitamin C, with higher bioavailability and antioxidant activity similar to ascorbic acid. L-ascorbyl palmitate is a more stable and fat-soluble form, derived from ascorbid acid. It maintains its antioxidant characteristics and, as it is fat-soluble, it can pass the blood-brain barrier. Recommended Daily Dose (RDT): Take 1 capsule twice a day, preferably with meals with a little water. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
