Ingredients

Capsule (gelatin); Papain, Neutral Protease, Bromelain, Rutin (from the Sophora japonica flower).

How to Take:

1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach with some water. Wait half an hour before eating. 1 capsule half an hour before dinner, after waiting at least one hour after eating any food. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
