Ylang-ylang flowers have a sweet, intoxicating fragrance. Its name means "flower of flowers". In the Comoros, South Africa, it is used as an intestinal antiseptic and in the fight against malaria. In the Philippines, the flowers mixed with coconut oil helped combat injections and fever. The essential oil provides a feeling of lightness and its reputation as an aphrodisiac was born in Indonesia. Ylang-ylang essential oil offers relaxing properties, also used successfully for dry skin and hair.

Recommendations:
Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women, or on children under 7 years of age.
Do not use on people with a history of seizures and/or allergic to essential oils.
