As its name suggests, it was used in Rome in the 16th century for its medicinal properties. It was often used in infusions to improve digestion and soothe skin irritations. It has a fresh and sweet aroma. The Egyptians used this chamomile for its effectiveness against fever. Roman chamomile oil balances emotions, relaxes and soothes.

Therapeutic effects:
Soothing, antiseptic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory.

Indications:
This essential oil has a powerful influence on emotions. Relaxes people under stress, anxiety and hypersensitivity, with a massage on the solar plexus. Encourages sleep if applied to the neck or carotid and/or cerebral arteries.

Precautions:
Risk of skin reaction. Do not ingest. Do not use on pregnant women.
