Usage advice:

Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, preferably with a meal.
Contains: Fish (anchovies, mackerel, sardines). Free from: gluten, yeast, wheat, milk or derivatives, lactose, egg, corn, grapefruit, shellfish, sweetener, sugar, starch, preservatives, artificial coloring and flavorings. Store in a dry and cool environment. Keep out of the reach of children. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. This product does not replace a varied diet.
