Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) is one of the most powerful physiological antioxidants capable of neutralizing various types of free radicals, counteracting and reducing the effects of free radicals and promoting the regeneration of other antioxidants. Contributes to the balance of cholesterol levels in the blood, other antioxidants such as vitamins E and C.
