Glucosamine

Stimulates the formation and regeneration of cartilage, as it is associated with the formation of its main matrix constituents. Glucosamine inhibits the enzymes that destroy cartilage and also has an important anti-inflammatory action.

Chondroitin

Stimulates the formation and regeneration of cartilage. It has a great water binding capacity, which ensures the elastic mechanical properties of the cartilage. It has anti-inflammatory properties, acting in a complementary and synergistic way with glucosamine.

Vitamin D and Magnesium

Magnesium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus.

Hydrolyzed Collagen

Collagen is the main protein that provides structural support to the various tissues in our body such as skin, bones, cartilage and tendons. The hydrolyzed collagen is absorbed and works to stimulate the synthesis of new cartilage. There are also studies that link supplementation with hydrolyzed collagen and improvements in osteoarthritis symptoms.
