Juventus® MSM is a food supplement with 1500 mg of Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM). MSM is an organic source of sulfur, easily absorbed by the body. This compound is present in several green leafy plants and in some fruits and vegetables.

Sulfur is an important constituent in several structural components, with important biological functions in the body. Taking MSM is associated with relief from chronic pain. Pain relief is related to the blocking of nerve impulses inherent to pain, the reduction of inflammation by increasing cortisol activity and the regulation of prostaglandin metabolism.
MSM stimulates the formation and regeneration of cartilage, which together with its anti-inflammatory action, contributes to the reduction of symptoms associated with osteoarthritis.
When taken before physical exercise, it helps to reduce muscle tension, prevent muscle pain caused by exercise and also the appearance of cramps.
As it is an excellent sulfur donor, it is useful for the formation of keratin and collagen, important proteins for maintaining healthy skin, nails and hair.
